Your privacy matters to us. This Policy explains what information Axis collects when you join the Waitlist or make an optional contribution, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

How Axis collects, uses, and protects your information across the Waitlist and optional contributions.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Axis Marketing AI Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Axis,” the “Company,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you join the Axis Waitlist or make an optional contribution. It also explains your privacy choices and rights. Where our Terms & Conditions address a topic, both apply together.

1. Who We Are & Scope

This Policy is published by Axis Marketing AI Inc, the controller of your personal information, with a mailing address of 611 South Dupont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901. It covers information we collect through the Waitlist sign-up form, our landing pages, the referral mechanics, optional contributions, and related communications. 2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

About your phone number. We use it to send the waitlist and launch updates you opt into, and to reach you about member benefits. Providing a number is separate from agreeing to receive automated marketing messages, which requires the distinct opt-in described in Section 5.

2.2 If you make an optional contribution

Contributions are optional. If you contribute, our payment processor Stripe collects the billing and payment details needed to process it; we do not store full card numbers. We also record the charity you select (Rainforest Trust or charity: water), the amount, and the Apatite and any benefits earned.

2.3 Information we collect automatically

Device and usage data (browser and device type, IP address and approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs) and cookie data (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

  1. Operate the Waitlist — register you, run referral mechanics, and administer member benefits.
  2. Verify referrals — confirm that sign-ups and referrals are genuine and meet our Terms.
  3. Process optional contributions — take payment through Stripe and remit 75% of each contribution to the charity you select, with 25% supporting the Axis launch.
  4. Communicate with you — confirmations, waitlist and launch updates, and, with your consent, marketing by email (double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe) and SMS/WhatsApp.
  5. Prevent fraud and abuse — detect duplicate accounts, bot sign-ups, and referral abuse.
  6. Analytics & improvement — understand usage and improve our pages and communications (in-house).
  7. Comply with law — meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or another region requiring a legal basis, we rely on: consent (SMS/email marketing, non-essential cookies); performance of a contract / pre-contract steps (administering your participation and any contribution you choose to make); legitimate interests (operating and securing the Waitlist, preventing fraud, in-house analytics), where not overridden by your rights; and legal obligation (e.g., tax and accounting). You may withdraw consent or object at any time (Section 8).

5. Email & SMS Communications

Email (CAN-SPAM). We send a confirmation when you join and may send waitlist, launch, and marketing emails. Marketing emails use double opt-in and include a one-click unsubscribe. Email is delivered through Brevo.

SMS / WhatsApp (TCPA). With your separate, express written opt-in, we send automated text or WhatsApp messages — both transactional updates (waitlist confirmations, early-access and launch alerts) and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of joining or of contributing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We log and retain consent and opt-out records consistent with TCPA record-keeping. Messaging is delivered through Brevo.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our pages, remember your preferences, measure performance with in-house analytics, and (with consent) support advertising. Non-essential cookies load only with your consent, captured through a cookie banner on your first visit. You can manage choices through the banner and your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning and do not require consent.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) have similar rights. To exercise any right, contact help@axismarketing.ai; we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege access. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.

11. International Data Transfers

Personal data is transferred to and stored in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum and Swiss addendum) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable — together with supplementary measures as needed.

12. Children

The Waitlist is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact help@axismarketing.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes & How to Contact Us

We may update this Policy from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
