Policy

Axis respects intellectual property and expects its customers to do the same. We respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws elsewhere, and we terminate repeat infringers.

02

Sending a notice

Send notices to our designated agent at copyright@axismarketing.ai, or by post to Axis Marketing AI, Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 611 South Dupont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

To be effective, a notice must include all of the following:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
  • identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including a URL;
  • your address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may make you liable for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA.

03

What we do

On receiving a valid notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material, notify the customer responsible, and give them a copy of the notice.

04

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@axismarketing.ai containing:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live, or where you are outside the United States, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and that you will accept service from the person who gave the notice.

We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed an action seeking a court order.

05

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe. We keep a record of notices received and actions taken.

06

A note on AI output

Material generated by Axis is produced by AI models from your instructions. As explained in the AI Terms, we do not warrant that output is original or non-infringing, and you are responsible for reviewing what you publish. If you believe generated material infringes your work, send a notice as above and we will handle it in the same way.
